Rates
$250 per 45 minute session
$325 per one hour session
Insurance I accept health insurance and am a network provider with United Healthcare, United Behavioral Health, Optum Health and Oxford. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How much is my copayment?
- How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
- How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
- Do I need precertification or a referral?
Reduced Fee
Based on financial need, a sliding scale fee may be available.
Payment
Cash, checks and Zelle Quickpay are accepted forms of
payment.
Cancellation Policy
Advance notice of at least 24 hours is required
or you will be responsible for the full cost of the missed session.
